Haven Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Haven. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Global Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 to 12 business days (3 days processing + 9 days shipping).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions. Haven is not legally liable for any delays caused by the courier or local postal services.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Haven is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

The customer is entirely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is marked as "undeliverable" by the courier, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. We cannot issue refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Haven is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

7. Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photo/video evidence to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
